I have been (yet again!) spectacularly bad about remembering to take pictures of my food. I don’t seem to have a consistent days worth of anything, so here is just some random shots of snacks and meals I’ve had over the past week.

This was a snack – one of my favs (rice cake with almond butter, honey & cinnamon paired with fresh chopped strawberries):

Supper I made one night – very simple and tasty. I will be making a recipe post about it soon!

This is the lunch I had after the half marathon:

It was a vegan version of the “Veggie Mess” from a super cool diner in San Francisco called St. Francis Fountain. It was the perfect meal after 21km of running ;p

I may have also snuck in one of these:

And my hubby made me dinner one night! What a treat =)

It was SUPER delicious. I will definitely be posting about it and sharing the recipe with you all. It would be a crime not to share it. So simple, yet so awesome! He rocks my socks that way.
