Happy Wednesday everyone =)
I feel like I’m really starting to get into a good workout routine and good eating habits. And I’m proud to share my eats with you all today.
I am trying to have a bit more of a varied smoothie routine as I feel like I’m making the same kind of smoothies all of the time. I found this recipe from one of my favourite blogs – you should this recipe out: Lemon Blueberry Smoothie
Sunnie’s recipe was just what I needed to start the morning off. It was delicious!!! If you like lemon at all – you will love this smoothie =)
My friend Vanessa invited me over for tea and a walk in the morning, and this is what she had waiting for me when I arrived:
So pretty =) It was a nice way to spend the morning for sure.
As I had errands to run in the afternoon, I had quickly packed a salad for lunch to eat in the car:

And when I got home in the afternoon from a long day, I needed a little something before heading out for a short run.
As for dinner… well, I had planned a tasty dish that Terry and I really like and haven’t had for awhile. But as I went to start making it, I realised I was missing a key ingredient. I sat there for a few minutes trying to figure out what to make (I am a creature of habit and tend to have meals planned well in advance and not always very good at making things on the spur of the moment). We had a bunch of veggies in the fridge, so I threw together a tempeh bowl. It turned out really well, so stay tuned for a recipe =)
This picture didn’t turn out that well either… I have better ones for when I post the recipe. WIAW isn’t always about pretty pictures right ;p
