I recently had a post with my Sunflower Pâté recipe. The batch makes kind of a lot, so here is another recipe to use it up as a dressing in a caesar salad.
Sunny Caesar Salad
1 head of kale, washed & torn into bite-size pieces
1/2 a batch of sunflower pâté
1 tomato, diced
1/4 cup of artichoke hearts (omit for a completely raw salad)
a large handful of sunflower sprouts
-any other of your favourite salad toppings!
Take the pâté and massage it into the kale until well combined. Throw your dressed up kale into a big salad bowl and toss your toppings on. That’s it! Love this salad as I just used the leftover pâté and it came together so quickly & easily. I brought it to a potluck and everyone loved it =)
