How to Make Smoothie Bowls from VNutrition:


I have been wanting to try making smoothie bowls since I found a smoothie-bowl place on a recent trip. They are so good! And Mary Ellen makes gorgeous, vibrant ones in this post and gives loads of great ideas on how to build them and keep making them differently & creatively.  She even gives great tips on how to keep it budget friendly.

Rustic Gluten-Free Cinnamon Buns from Strength & Sunshine:


Speaking of breakfast… woah! Check these bad boys out. I was actually never a fan of cinnamon buns before going vegan, but have enjoyed them since. I love the sound of this lightened version of an old favourite. With simple ingredients, these can come together quickly. Yum.

Orange Maple Ginger Soba Noodle Bowl from Bite-Sized Thoughts:


Oh I love a good noodle bowl. And just when I thought I have tried every possible flavour combo – Bam! Here’s another one. And it sounds delicious!

They are so good that I keep eating the batch in about three days but am afraid to keep making them. I’ll weigh so much by the end of the summer. Lol… Making more this weekend 😉

  2. Noodle bowls are amazing. I love everything noodles! The cinnamon buns sound like fun as well. I love cinnamon buns (but without the glazing and the silly toppings that so many places seems to want to put on them… I just like them nekkid), and it would be nice to make some gf ones for my gf friends as well. :)

    1. Noodles are the bomb! I’m with you – I don’t like glazed cinnamon buns either – these ones sound really good. I’ll be honest… I like the silly toppings though haha. Yay for making gf goodies for your gf friends – we need more people like you in the world!
