Keep in mind all recipes MUST at least be vegetarian, preferably vegan, having no more than 1 non-vegan ingredient with a clear substitution listed. Find out all of the details right here.

I would love for you to share your awesome recipes this week. Let’s check out some favs from last week!

How to Make Smoothie Bowls from VNutrition:

I have been wanting to try making smoothie bowls since I found a smoothie-bowl place on a recent trip. They are so good! And Mary Ellen makes gorgeous, vibrant ones in this post and gives loads of great ideas on how to build them and keep making them differently & creatively.  She even gives great tips on how to keep it budget friendly.

Rustic Gluten-Free Cinnamon Buns from Strength & Sunshine:

Speaking of breakfast… woah! Check these bad boys out. I was actually never a fan of cinnamon buns before going vegan, but have enjoyed them since. I love the sound of this lightened version of an old favourite. With simple ingredients, these can come together quickly. Yum.

Orange Maple Ginger Soba Noodle Bowl from Bite-Sized Thoughts:

Oh I love a good noodle bowl. And just when I thought I have tried every possible flavour combo – Bam! Here’s another one. And it sounds delicious!

This week I’m sharing my Pineapple Pudding:

I can’t wait to see what you share this week. You guys always share such great recipes & ideas. My only problem is finding the time to try all of them =)

  1. Good morning Kimmy!! Great features! I hope your foot is feeling better! Big Hugs!! This week I’m sharing my Graham Cracker recipe. They are so good that I keep eating the batch in about three days but am afraid to keep making them. I’ll weigh so much by the end of the summer. Lol… Making more this weekend 😉
Hope you have a great week!!

    1. My foot is almost all better! Thank you =) Oooh I could use a good recipe for graham crackers, I’ll be sure to check it out. They sound delicious! Dangerous haha, but delicious. Have a great weekend!

    1. Haha don’t ever worry about catching up on my blog… I feel like I am perpetually behind on blog reading. AND I keep adding more blogs to read. *sigh* The real world should totally be our priority anyway 😉
      Have a great weekend!

    1. I’m getting down to make smoothie bowls this week – you gave great tips and I’m excited to put them into practice.
Have a great weekend Mary Ellen! Looking forward to what you share this week =)

    1. Your bowl sounds amazeballs. I’m a bowl junkie haha.
It is definitely not my type of dessert – I’m a chocolate gal at heart, but it was *really* good!
      Have a great weekend Kari!

  2. Noodle bowls are amazing. I love everything noodles! The cinnamon buns sound like fun as well. I love cinnamon buns (but without the glazing and the silly toppings that so many places seems to want to put on them… I just like them nekkid), and it would be nice to make some gf ones for my gf friends as well. :)

    1. Noodles are the bomb! I’m with you – I don’t like glazed cinnamon buns either – these ones sound really good. I’ll be honest… I like the silly toppings though haha. Yay for making gf goodies for your gf friends – we need more people like you in the world!
