Move over hummus – there’s a new luscious dip in town! This tangy, smoky dip sounds like the perfect way to enjoy fresh veggies or pita as an afternoon snack. And I even accept the challenge to try making this gluten free 😉

Say yes to gorgeously vibrant salads. Say yes to refreshing citrus and tantalizing mint. I love that I can find the ingredients for 90% of this salad at my local farmer’s market. I’m such a sucker for minty salads. Can’t wait to try this dreamy work of art.
