Happy Friday! Are you recovering from some fun, green drinks last night?

Despite my Irish ancestry, the only kind of green drinks I have are of the smoothie variety haha ;p And unfortunately, I’ve been terribly sick all week so I fell in to bed around 9pm last night. Not super exciting, but I’m on the mend!

Raw Vegan Lime Pots from Bite-Sized Thoughts:
Sweet and a bit of sour mix together in this gorgeously green dessert. Kari combined some of my favourite things with coconut, avocado and lime. Yum! And congrats on 5 years of blogging =D
Kale Kimchi Avocado Salad with Sesame Vinaigrette from Urban Naturale:
It IS being green! Check out all of the vibrant veggies on this plate. I will admit that I am not a huge kimchi fan (I should be given the name, right?!), but paired with all of these awesome greens and avocado, I’m sure I would enjoy it. Especially with the awesome sounding sauce.
Double Layer Peppermint Patty Cakes from Oatmeal with a Fork:
I am loving the sound of this! I would have never thought of making the base out of protein-packed hemp seeds. Sheer genius. With a chocolate base and a minty middle, cacao nibs are the perfect top for the perfect not-so-sweet treat 😉
