Happy Friday!!! Glad to have you here perusing and sharing awesome sauce vegan recipes.

**Housekeeping. Although I have recently relaxed the rules of HVF, let’s keep in mind that this is Healthy Vegan Fridays. I do appreciate that you are sharing more than just recipes, however, I have noticed some contributors are including recipes/articles that are not primarily plant-based (or not plant based at all). If you are sharing a recipe, the recipe has to be mostly vegan. If there is an ingredient that is not, but it clearly indicates the vegan sub, that is acceptable (ex. flax egg). If you are sharing a restaurant review or recipe roundup, the meals & recipes must be primarily vegan, otherwise I will remove the submission. I don’t want to be hard arsed about this, but I have been receiving comments and emails concerning this. Thank you for keeping this plant strong =)healthy-vegan-fridays-badge2

I haven’t managed to make vegan, gluten-free bread yet – but this may the recipe I’ve been looking for. Rebecca’s perfected her flour mix for this delicious, round bread, lightly sweetened with raisins. With just a few ingredients and a few steps, you’ll be chowing down in no time!

No-Bake Chocolate Fudge Brownies from Let’s Get Living:

You guys are totally loving the easy/no bake, gluten-free goodies lately and I’m loving it too! Especially when chocolate is involved. These chocolatey brownies are filled with hazelnuts & coconut milk – yes, please!

This week, I’m sharing an old recipe as I haven’t yet made my St. Patrick’s Day recipe and I wanted to share something green this week. 🍀 Here is my Chocolate Mint Grasshopper Pie.

  2. This weeks links are looking great so far… I am not sure what I would want to eat first… mushrooms, quinoa and lentils… avocado goddess dressing… peanut butter balls… sticky tofu… So many amazing things to look at!
    I’m also intrigued by the Zucchini Bread Bites you shared from last weeks links.
