Happy Friday! I hope you had a great week. I did, but it was incredibly busy and filled with fundraiser tasks. I am horrendously behind on blog reading. I plan on catching up… but it may take awhile as next week is the last week before prom and I will be the busiest I have been. I appreciate your patience =)

I really wish I would have had something like this when I went vegan. It was tough! These tips and tricks can really easy people into a good plant-based diet. Especially the tip on how to avoid animal products that sneak into packaged foods (casein anyone?!). This can also help out seasoned vegan pros 😉
