Healthy Vegan Fridays #72

Happy Friday! Can you believe it’s November already? I’m starting to see holiday-themed things in the stores already.

Are you new to HVF? Check out all the info you need right here!

You guys submitted some awesome sauce recipes last week – I can’t wait to see what you have in store this week. But first, let’s check out your fav recipes from last week =)

Quick and Easy Breakfast Bake for One from Veggie Quest:

Quick and easy breakfast? Yes, please! With chocolate? Duh. With hidden green veggies? Triple score! This breakfast has it all, it’s warm and comforting for the colder days ahead. And it involves chocolate. Need I say more? Didn’t think so ;p

Red Velvet Chocolate Beet Cake from Sandi’s Allergy Free Recipes:

Something I really don’t like to admit… is that I don’t like beets. I know they are cute and healthy and should taste good! But to me, they just don’t. I learned that Sandi isn’t the hugest fan of them either though and she liked this beet cake she made. And well, chocolate helps *everything*.

Oven Baked Blueberry Pancakes from The Lazy Vegan Baker:

I suck at making pancakes. Despite following the directions exactly and lots of practice, it’s just not something I am great at. But making them into a bakeable delectable breakfast sounds more my speed. Less room for error! And what a perfect, cozy Sunday brunch =)

This week, I’m sharing my Runner Balls:

I’m looking forward to your recipes this week. Link up, don’t forget to link back, and bring some friends and their recipes to share in the linky love.

Can’t get enough HVF? Check out Facebook & Pinterest.

Have a fabulous weekend!

  2. I can’t believe it’s November either – there are already Christmas decorations for sale in the shops! This year has gone too fast.
Thanks for the linkup Kimmy! I’m loving your runner balls, hehe 😀

  3. Right?? I can’t quite believe it myself. Didn’t we just start Vegan MoFo like yesterday? Great round up! Can we swap places so I don’t have to deal with this looming Canadian winter?? Haha!

  4. Hey Kimmy, I know, can you believe 2015 is winding down? I feel like it was just New Year’s… Anyhow, thanks for featuring the zucchini bake–yay! Can’t wait to check out the rest of these recipes, too. Although I already hopped over to check out your runner balls, LOL. They look delicious, and the name is unforgettable! 😉

    1. I have to try the beet cake. Chocolate helps everything, right?
Oooh basil pesto! I’m not seeing basil at the market anymore sadly, but that doesn’t mean I want to stop making it ;p
