What do you think of the sound of that combo? Does rhubarb make you dreamily thing of summer desserts? Maybe baked with strawberries and raspberries and other delicious berries? What about rhubarb with tomato? In soup form?
The slices of rhubarb spread through the soup to give it a nice zing. The tartness, combined with the juicy tomatoes gives the meal a unique flavour. And the chopped up celery & celery help to give it a nice stew-like quality.

Oooh this totally fits in with the weird food combo in my opinion. Weird, but good! I love the sound of the raspberries, they add a nice balance to the zucchini for this fruity & vegetably loaf.
Raw Vegan Carrot Cake from Vie De La Vegan:
I never liked carrot cake in my pre-vegan days, but have enjoyed the vegan version. I love the sound of this rawsome one =)
