Low-Fat Chocolate Frosting from Veggie Quest:
This silky, smooth frosting is made out of veggies! Yes, veggies!! And it’s soy-free. I am seriously going to try this immediately. YUM! It sounds so good and is guilt-free =) Win-win situation in my books.
Vegan Cheddary-Cheesey Sauce from Health, Balance, Happiness:
There is just nothing better than some awesome-sauce homemade cashew cheese! I love the addition of miso for some added probiotics and taste!
Crunchy Cinnamon Sugar Chickpeas from Strength & Sunshine:
This is such a fun, little snack. Quick to throw together and can kill a sweet tooth craving in 2 seconds flat!
And this is a week late – but I actually made Rebecca of Strength & Sunshine’s Orange Chocolate Chia Buckwheat Cereal. It was so good! I tracked down the Bob’s Red Mill Creamy Buckwheat cereal and it is now a pantry/breakfast favourite. You should definitely give this a try! I subbed maple syrup for stevia and cooked it on the stove as we don’t use microwaves and it was great! So filling and energizing!
