Hello my loves! I hope you are having a glorious week and gearing up for an even better weekend! Yes, despite not working, I still look forward to the weekend to spend more time with friends and my hubby ❤️. I am looking forward to a little downtime this weekend after my hiking adventures last weekend. Can anyone guess where this is?? I will have a post with lots of pictures up for you next week =D

It’s not to late to celebrate my birthday again, is it? This sounds like a perfect treat to enjoy over the weekend – perfect chocolate-cherry awesomeness.

Gazpacho Andaluz from Delicioso, Another Name for Delicious:

It’s tomato season!! I’ve been cooking my tomatoes up, it’s time to switch it up to some “no-cook” soup to cool off during the hot days. The cucumber adds a nice, refreshing flavour. And adding bread is a creative way to get a nice texture.

Party Sized Vegan Cauliflower Salad Sandwiches from Beautifully Bohemian:

There sandwiches are completely adorable! And perfect for pint-sized kiddos for a great finger food. Or adults 😉 Way to get in some nutrition with this fun party food!

  4. I can’t believe it’s Sunday already!! My mom is at our house with my stepdad, so it’s pretty crazy right now.

    I really like the look of those bites, which means they now have to go on my list! Those Healthy Vegan Fridays recipes are starting to pile up in my little book! I can’t wait to try them all. :)
