I don’t care if Monday’s blue
Tuesday’s grey and Wednesday too
Thursday, I don’t care ’bout you
It’s Friday I’m in love
Never heard of Healthy Vegan Fridays before? It’s an amazing weekly linkup for bloggers to share their delicious and healthy vegan food. This linkup is not restricted to recipes though – feel free to share your posts on exercise & fitness, plant-based health & wellness, and/or vegan travel, restaurant and cookbook reviews.
Don’t have a blog? Don’t worry! You can come and see what others have shared and find some tasty food to try!
Let’s check out some of last week’s awesome sauce recipes!
Keema Lentils from A Virtual Vegan:
How good does this look? I am not a huge fan of spice, but enjoy it Indian food. I can’t wait to try these lentils. And Mel even throws in a recipe for cucumber raita which I have not yet tried and look forward to trying. Yum!
Raw Apple Pie from Vie de la Vegan:
I have fond memories of apple pie. My aunt would buy a big bag of fresh apples and she made the BEST apple pie. It’s definitely not vegan-friendly haha, but I think this may give her a run for her money!
Kickin’ Kimchi Pizza from A Whisk and Two Wands:
I am actually not a huge fan of kimchi… BUT pizza is my all time favourite food, so I think I could totally enjoy it this way. This is probably the most creative sounding pizza ever!
No Bake Peanut Butter and Jelly Chocolate Fudge Bars from Let’s Get Up and Live:
She had me at no bake. And chocolate. And these only have 5 ingredients!!! Yes, please!
This week Mary is sharing her Lemon Overnight Oats:
I’m excited to make this as I admit to only ever having made chocolate overnight oats haha ;p
And I’m sharing my Orca Bean Tabbouleh:
We’d love it if you link up and bring some friends to the party! We’ll be pinning and sharing your tasty treats on social media!
Let’s get sharing! I can’t wait to see what you bring this week!
