Hello my lovelies! It’s that time of week again when I would love to see what you have to share in the way of Healthy Vegan eats. As I mentioned last week, I have taken this bloghop on myself. Please bear with me the first few weeks as I figure things out. I am not so great with technology-related stuffs, but am a pretty quick learner and we’ll be golden in a few weeks if you can be patient with me =)

Why I stopped eating Mozzarella Cheese from Quick ‘n’ Healthy

I can’t say I miss cheese much… I don’t even remember what it’s like anymore. But I do love a good vegan cheeze alternative – this recipe looks quick & easy and sounds delicious!

Easy Vegan Cashew “Cheez” from Ellie Slices Bagels

You guys were digging the cheese last week! This looks super tasty too. This would be a great addition to crackers, toast or on a rice cake. Yum!

Peach Pie Smoothie or Sorbet from Practical Stewardship:

I am so totally in love with peach season right now. This sounds totally refreshing and a great way to start the day.
