Happy Friday!!! My week is SO MUCH BETTER than last week. So far I haven’t had to throw anything out of my fridge. And I’m really trying to soak up as much summer as possible. I’m loving it =D And it’s Friday!!!

This sounds like quite the amazing sweet treat. And it’s a relatively guilt-free indulgence. This is from the new Robert McNish cookbook, Vegan Everyday. If this is any hint at the remaining recipes in the book – I’ll definitely have to check it out! Janet, the lucky duck got to check out one of his popups. Very cool!

Strawberry Poppyseed Kohlrabi Slaw from Healthy Helper:

I think this may be the most creative-sounding recipe I have seen! I don’t really like slaw much, but this summer version sweetened with strawberries sounds delish. It sounds crunchy and satisfying, unlike it’s traditional cousin.
