Mini-Vegan-Cheese-Cake-Bites-1024x649A girl after my own heart! Sandi made these super delicious dessert morsels. Not only are they a light and healthy option for a sweet treat, but they are easy to throw together and sound super yummy! And allergy-friendly to boot.

OMG! Now this is what I call a sandwich. Protein packed and topped with carrot srirachi coleslaw, this is a meal on it’s own. This makes any sandwich I’ve ever made look sad – love this abundant sammy.

The Ultimate Vegan Lasagna from Green Genie Recipes:

I highly suggest you check out the link above as you will be happily rewarded with a kitty picture. This is not your average lasagna! It’s loaded with veggies (including sweet potato!) and mock duck or seitan. And the homemade cheese sounds creamy and dreamy.

    1. Technical difficulties resolved!!! Apparently I’m not completely clueless when it comes to setting up electronic gadgets like wireless routers. *phew*
