I am normally not a huge ice cream person, but with the heat lately, I have definitely been craving cool things. And dark chocolate anything is always good! Simple and decadent – win win!

Fudgey Oatmeal Bars from Hungry for Balance:


You guys are loving the chocolate this week. And who can blame you? Another simple treat – I’m loving things that are easy to throw together right now. I wish I could pull one out of my freezer right now!
