This is a protein-packed gem! It’s a great dip or sandwich spread. I love the addition of liquid smoke to give it a little zing.

Rebecca is serious about breakfast! Never a boring smoothie with this gal – she comes up with the most creative & delicious breakfasts. Buckwheat is highly underrated – this is a fantastic way to enjoy it.

Peanut Butter Oat Chocolate Chip Cookies from Health, Balance, Happiness:

  1. As always, the HVF recipes look amazing! I agree with you, Kimmy (and Rebecca) that buckwheat is totally underrated for breakfast. I’m looking forward to trying the chocolate-chia-buckwheat breakfast cereal–that’s a trifecta of favorites for me! :-)
