Caramel Sweet Potato Fudge from Bite-Sized Thoughts:

Breakfast just got a makeover! My next culinary adventure is to obtain a doughnut pan to make these delectable doughnuts.

What a way to dress up tofu! I’d add some steamed veggies to complete this awesome sauce bowl of coconut-y goodness.  Holy protein batman =)
