Good morning! I have a busy weekend ahead of me so I could sure use some of your recipes to help with my meal planning =) Happy, happy Friday!
Are you new to HVF? Check out all of the info here.
You guys shared some awesome recipes last week – here are your favs.
Cracked Chocolate Egg Cake from Marfig’s Munchies:
WOW! Would you check out this gorgeous looking cake? Not only is it vegan & gluten free, but it contains no scary sounding ingredients. Oh, and it’s completely stunning. It sounds a little labour-intensive, but totally worth the effort. Easter may be over, but I still want to make this cake =)
Cheesy Cauliflower and Rice Soup from Green Gourmet Giraffe:
Ultimate comfort food here. I love how Johanna makes her own veggie broth, I really need to start doing it – it’s not so tough. This soup has got it tall, veggies, grains & protein. And I’m really digging the sound of the cheezy sauce. And I would also like to try her homemade sourdough bread she paired with!
Tomato, Garlic, Spinach Pasta from Organic Life on a Budget:
I am such a sucker for pasta. I like making my own sauce but rarely have the time – I love how simple this dish is to make. Just 4 simple ingredients, minimal prep and cook time and you’re eating a nice big plate or deliciousness. A great way to stay budget-friendly too!
This week I’m sharing my Nooch-Breaded Tofu Sammich:
Keep the recipes coming guys! Tell your friends to share too! I’d really love to see this blog hop party grow and thrive =)

Have a great weekend!
