Healthy Vegan Friday #28

Happy Friday folks! I hope you had a wonderful holiday spent with loved ones =) We had a low-key holiday here, just a relaxed supper with a friend. It was nice though. After eating a few too many treats over the past week, I’m looking forward to your healthy & delicious recipes!

Haha! It’s a no brainer that you picked this as your favourite. It sounds and looks amazing! It’s like a dessert breakfast without any guilt. Yum!

Quinoa No-Bake Cookies from Chitra’s Healthy Kitchen:

I love the sound of these! They are like a healthier and protein-packed macaroon! These will be making it into my post-workout snack routine for sure =)

And White Chocolate Peppermint Bark from Rock My Vegan Socks:

Glad you liked the look of these guys! There was a bit of trial & error with them. They were fun to make though =) There are two versions if you’re feeling like having a bit more of a sweet treat, and a healthier version.
