Let’s check out your most clicked recipes from last week:
Hidden-Veggie Chocolate Silk Pie from Veggie Quest:
My first thought was that this delicious looking pie would have tofu in it with a word like “silk” in the title. I am pleasantly surprised to see that the secret to this luxurious texture is cauliflower! The pie is gluten-free & soy-free! Lee is a girl after my own heart ;p I definitely have to try making this asap!
Savour the Flavour Oven-Roasted Asparagus from Urban Naturale:
Love the layered waffle look of this veggies! I haven’t seen asparagus in the market for awhile… but am getting a little tired of green beans, so I need to track some down at the grocery store. I usually steam mine – these look so much better!
Easy Veggie Bunny Bowls from Health, Balance, Happiness:
Ok – not only is the title and bowl itself adorable – but this is a great tip for a quick & simple, yet dee-licious meal during hectic holiday schedules. Especially when mass quantities of treats are consumed 😉
Speaking of treats – I made some White Chocolate Peppermint Bark and am giving a naughty and nice version of the recipe:
Whatever you celebrate from Christmas, Hannukah, Solstice to Festivus – I hope you have a fantastic holiday.
