Happy Happy Friday my fellow Bloginstas!!! The sun is shining, the birds are singing and it’s the weekend! Woohoo!

2) Dunkaroos with Fudgy Frosting from Detached & Connected:

Do you remember opening the snackpack in your lunch and dunking your kangaroos into frosting-y goodness? I’m excited to try this healthier, veganized version =)

3) Black Bean & Sweet Potato Tamales from The Taste Space:

Black beans & sweet potato (best flavour combo aside from choco & mint!!!) in a corn husk??? Yes please! Love this idea =)

love rhubarb and I’m starting to see those gorgeous pink stalks at the Farmer’s Market. I love how this is grain free!

Tequila Lime Baked Tofu Tacos from Yup, it’s Vegan:

Ok, I’ll admit that I’m not a tequila gal. But – this sounds way too intriguing to pass up!!!

And Gazpacho Green Smoothie from Creating Silver Linings:

This smoothie sounds refreshing and a great way to shake up that breakfast routine a bit!
