Like most, blogging is my hobby but most may not know that I am a physician by day.

2. What is your favourite vegan recipe?

Dal bhat: it combined simple with delicious. It is our favourite and most often repeated meal.

3. What is your favourite vegan ingredient or vegan cooking substitution?

Dark chocolate. It is a common question I get: is chocolate vegan? YES (provided it doesn’t have milk added)!

4. Who inspires you most, and why?

My partner-in-crime (and common-law marriage), Rob, is a constant source of inspiration and amusement. His unwavering support encourages me to keep trying new things.

    I love the vegan profile on The Taste Space, thanks for that feature. After being absent for several Healthy Vegan Friday’s, I’m pleased to be back with my Shepherd’s Pie! Hope you like it. Thanks Kimmy, as always, for hosting.
