Ok… I’ll admit, I’m not a huge fan of sneaking veggies into my baking. I like adding fruit. However, these sound so super delicious that I’m willing to break my new veggy-filled baked goods. And since I have all of the ingredients, these could be making my breakfast complete this upcoming weekend.

The gorgeous pictures alone make me want to try this! Looking beyond the pictures though, this scrumptious little bites are protein-packed and chock full of deliciousness. Yum!
