Healthy Vegan Friday #1 (reboot & new co-host)

Exciting news HVFers! HVF has a new look and a new co-host. The lovely Robin, fellow vegan bloginista and in real life bestie, will be lending her creative talents to this bloghop. You can check her blog, Vegan Dollhouse out here.

Welcome to the new & improved (well, sort of…) Healthy Vegan Friday!

New to HVF? Check out the deets here.

Ok… so it’s not totally improved yet. It does have a cute, new look. Not much else has changed aside from the new adorable co-host. BUT! We have plans friends! We really want you guys loving HVF and following us and submitting recipes every Friday. Over the summer, we are going to work hard at giving you and your recipes the love & attention they so deserve. We’re talking Pinning every single submission onto our Pinterest Board (not just the top 3!). We’re talking giveaways (stay tuned for awesome free stuff!), and more! So stick with us while we get up & running.

In the meantime, let’s check out your most liked recipes from last week:

Healthy Egg Free Banana Muffins from Sandi’s Allergy Free Recipes:

This healthier, lighter version of a muffin sounds fluffy & delicious. I love the texture bananas add to things and these are gluten-free to boot!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Pudding from Super Strength Health:

It’s chocolate & pb??? Need I say more? Oh wait, yes I do. This recipe has 4 little ingredients and comes together very quickly and easily. Love it!

Munchkins from Detached & Connected:

Any Canadian followers out there? Do these make you think of timbits at all?! But  a cuter, healthier and gluten-free version? Pure awesome =)

And a recipe I’m eager to try out:

Easy Refrigerator Dills from My Sister’s Pantry:

I am not actually a huge fan of dill pickles, but sometimes I think it’s just the added stuff that gets thrown in and the whole canning/jarring process. I am a little scared to try canning, so this quick & simple refrigerator recipe sounds tasty & easy!

And this week I am going to share with you a lovely seasonal recipe – my Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp:

I hope you all have a lovely weekend. Link up and check out some awesome recipes =)
