Happy Friday my loves ! As you are reading this, I may very well be running 9 miles as part of my half marathon training. Two weeks left!! Yikes, I gotta kick my butt in gear. Tomorrow will be a relaxed day and then Sunday I’m running a 5km race with my friend’s daughter. It’s her first race and I’m SO excited to motivate her into the world of running. What are your weekend plans?

It has been much too long since I last enjoyed some zoodles. I haven’t been feeling the raw food lately, but with spring around the corner, I can feel my body starting to crave it again. And check out those walnut & sun dried tomato neatballs!
Homemade Whipped Body Lotion from Eating Well Diary:
I’m super excited to try making this luscious lotion! One of my goals is to try and make more of my own things, and why not body butter? It actually sounds fairly simple to make and I can understand all of the ingredients, unlike the packaged stuff I normally buy.
Creamy Soy Milk Ramen from Sprinkle of Vanilla Sugar:
This dish is simply gorgeous. I always thought ramen sounded a little intimidating to make, but this is relatively easy and I even have most of the ingredients on hand (just need to track down some vegan Dashi). It sounds warming and delicious, simple, yet hearty. And the easy to follow step-by-step instructions make for easy ramen making.
Cinnamon French Toast Bites from Strength & Sunshine:
zomg. This plate. I have really fond memories of my dad making french toast for breakfast, I would even make a special request of it for my birthday as it was a rare occasion. I have since given it up since it’s typically not vegan, let alone gluten free. Rebecca saves the day with this Kimmy-friendly version of an old fav.

The two T’s and tow of my very favourite things! Some of my friends have told me they don’t look at tempeh, to which I promptly respond by looking at them as if they have sprouted an extra head. But how on earth could you not like this tempeh? Steamed, marinated and sauced up, this is sure to turn anyone into a tempeh lover!
I’m sharing my Lemon Artichoke Dip:
Got a movie night coming up? This is the perfect snack for a romantic couples night, or a less quiet night with the kiddos or even a fun girls night in. This is some drool-worthy dip right here. Munch it up with potato chips or lighten it up with some raw veggies.
