5th Annual Holiday Treat Exchange

This year was my 5th time hosting an annual Holiday Treat Exchange. As I was busy this year, I ended up making similar things from last year. Robin on the other hand, brought things to epic levels with these Unicorn Sugar Cookies (with a matching unicorn dress to boot!). Isn’t she completely adorable?

Tip for cookie exchange: prepare lighter snacks (like hummus and veggies, cheeze & crackers, mini oranges, etc) so you aren’t tempted to load up on cookies while you exchange them. This may have been learned over a few years of exchanges haha ๐Ÿ˜‰

The idea for the cookie exchange is that everyone makes at least 1 dozen of a holiday-themed treat (2 dozen is preferable). Everyone goes home with a few of each different kind of treat in a box. Everyone had enough to make a box, plus take some extras home (and enough for sampling of course.

Just when you think Robin can’t possibly outdo herself, she proves you wrong. Again and again ๐Ÿ˜‰
